Refund, Return and Exchange Policies

  1. Do you make refunds? Yes and only if we delivered the wrong booze, we failed to deliver on the scheduled time and if the booze was damaged at the point when you or your representative receives it.

     

  2. Do you accept product returns? Yes and only if we delivered the wrong booze or the booze is damaged when you or your representative receives it.

     

  3. Do you allow product exchanges? Yes and only if we delivered the wrong booze or  the booze is damaged when you or your representative receives it.

     

  4. When is the booze considered received, delivered or fulfilled? When you or your representative accepts the goods. A photo will be taken by our delivery person when the booze is handed over to you or your representative.
