Tasting Notes:
With a beautiful ruby red, Pinot Noir Les Jamelles reveals a nose of small red and black fruits, floral notes, and a delicately woody and vanilla touch. In the mouth, it shows a beautiful complexity.
Rich, long and fat, it has flavors of crushed red fruits (raspberry, cherry) and plum jam. Its tannins are well coated and melted. Influenced by its Burgundian origin, Catherine Delaunay offers a wine faithful to its grape variety with its aromas of small red fruits, its mineral touch which gives it a nice freshness, and its well-coated tannins. A perfect balance!
